Our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) department operates three full production lines with a combined placement capacity of up to 250,000 components per hour. Each line is equipped with inline AOI before reflow, inspecting for component presence, polarity, and placement accuracy to ensure issues are detected early in the process. This advanced inspection capability, combined with high-speed, high-precision equipment, enables consistent quality and reliable SMT assembly across both high-volume and complex PCB builds.

Wave soldering is a high-efficiency manufacturing process used to solder through-hole electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). In this method, the underside of the PCB passes over a controlled wave of molten solder, which forms reliable electrical and mechanical connections on all exposed joints at once. Wave soldering is ideal for high-volume production, delivering consistent quality, strong joints, and cost-effective assembly for a wide range of electronic products.

Hand soldering is a precise, skill-driven process used for assembling, reworking, and repairing electronic components where attention to detail is critical. Our hand soldering is performed by IPC-trained operators, certified through our in-house trainer, ensuring every joint meets strict industry standards for quality and reliability. This approach allows us to handle complex assemblies, fine-pitch components, and custom requirements with exceptional care and consistency.

Product programming and/or testing is carried out as required by customers. Extensive testing facility capable of providing a comprehensive tailored solution to each customer’s quality needs. Resources include:- Device programming, AOI, ICT, High voltage (up to 5kV), and manual to fully automated functional test and adjustment, using customer supplied, or in-house designed and manufactured, test fixtures. All controlled within an ISO9001 environment providing scheduled planned maintenance and calibration.

Arian EMS provides a complete turnkey manufacturing solution, supporting customers from PCB assembly through to full box build and final product integration. By managing materials, assembly, testing, and system-level build under one roof, we simplify the supply chain while ensuring consistent quality, traceability, and on-time delivery for finished products ready for market.

Our conformal coating capability protects electronic assemblies from moisture, dust, chemicals, and environmental stress. We respond to customer requirements by offering a variety of coating types, allowing us to match the right solution to each application and operating environment. This flexible approach enhances product reliability and longevity across a wide range of industries and conditions.

Our helium leak testing function provides highly sensitive detection of leaks in sealed and critical assemblies, ensuring product integrity and performance. Using helium as a tracer gas, this process allows us to verify hermeticity and identify even the smallest leaks to meet strict customer and industry requirements. This capability supports high-reliability applications where quality, safety, and long-term durability are essential
